What is a allyDVM Patient Portal?
allyDVM Patient Portal is a website offered through our clinic that allows you access to your pet’s records, 24 hours a day. We provide Patient Portals free of charge to all clients who have an active email address. Through your allyDVM Patient Portal at Teegarden Veterinary Clinic, you can see your pet’s medical history, schedule appointments, receive reminders by email, order prescription refills, contact TVC, and so much more.
How can I get a Patient Portal?
You must be an active client in our database.
To sign up for a Patient Portal, please click on the “Patient Portal” button on any of TVC’s webpages. You will be able to Sign In with your email and chosen password or Sign Up for a new login.
After you have created an account, you will be able to log in with just your email address and password in the future.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, allyDVM Patient Portal offers pet owners a modern mobile app.
1). Download the mobile app from the Google Play or Apple Store by clicking one of the links below (you must be using your mobile phone in order to install the application).

2) After you have installed and opened the app on your mobile phone click the “sign up” button on the home page of the app. Enter your email address, choose a password and click the blue sign up button.
3) You will then be sent a confirmation email. Click the link in that email. Check your SPAM folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox.
You can now login to our mobile app to view upcoming appointments, healthcare reminders, refill prescriptions, request appointments and more!
